Rick Fairless and Strokers Dallas are proud to announce the hiring of product designer and developer Dylan Hoey. Hoey comes to Strokers Dallas with a history of aftermarket parts design and development from some of the industry's leading parts manufactures. In conjunction with Rick Fairless, Ford Stell and Gene Slater, the team will design and develop a proprietary line of parts for Fairless' ever expanding Strokers Empire.

We want to offer the Victory consumer a choice when it comes to customizing their bike and we want that choice to be the Rick Fairless "RF" parts line."
