MILWAUKEE, September 8, 2011 -- Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.125 per share for the third quarter of 2011. The dividend is payable October 14, 2011 to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on September 30, 2011.
